Reading accommodations
I recognize the diverse reading needs of our students. Accommodations may include providing audio versions of texts, utilizing text-to-speech software, offering graphic organizers to aid comprehension, and allowing extended time for reading assignments. My goal is to remove barriers and foster a love of reading for all students.
Writing accommodations
Writing can be a challenge for some students. I offer a range of accommodations, such as providing sentence starters, allowing the use of assistive technology like speech-to-text software, offering alternative assessment methods, and breaking down writing tasks into smaller, manageable steps. The aim is to empower students to express their ideas effectively and confidently.
